As a company that values sustainable development, we support electrical education, the local community and the voluntary work of our employees.
Supporting electrical education is a key focus for us. We believe it is important to promote vocational and higher education in electricity and to support the development of young people. We will strengthen our cooperation with vocational schools in the field of electrical education and support the Young Master Electrician competition. We award scholarships within the TalTech Development Fund scholarship competition and offer internships.
To promote local life, we support long-lasting and wide-ranging sporting, cultural and charitable activities. Our help and support is available to non-profit initiatives, with a greater focus on organisations active in the municipality of Lääne-Harju. From 2022, we will be a sponsor of the Keila Basketball School.
To expand our impact, we support employee participation in charitable projects and involve them in various initiatives. We have partnered with the local blood bank and organised forest planting events.
Our sponsorship principles are guided by the Prysmian Group's values and sponsorship and donations policy.
