As a company that values sustainable development, we support electrical education, the local community and the volunteer work of our employees.

We consider it important to popularise electrical vocational and higher education and support the development of young people. This year, we supported two projects in the field of education – through the TalTech Development Fund’s scholarship competition, the studies of electroenergetics and mechatronics student Andra Laine, and the conducting of the Noor Meister professional electrician competition through the Eesti Elektritööde Ettevõtjate Liit (Estonian Electrical Contractors Association). The purpose of the competitions organised by the Education and Youth Board is to introduce and popularise vocational fields and to provide an overview of the level of vocational education and professional skills. A television show will also be made from the competitions.

To promote local life, we support long-term and wide-reaching sports, cultural and charity undertakings. From 2022, we sponsor the Keila Basketball School’s representative team playing in the Paf Estonian-Latvian Basketball League. Additionally, this year we supported the development of Keila health trails.

To expand the impact, we support the voluntary work of our employees. This year, our employees participated in the Food Bank’s food collection day, where food was provided to people in need.
